With the release of "If I Hadn't Got You" in the year 1998, I was sold on Chris' talents and so much more. He's not just a talented artist in his own right, but has achieved some major successes with his songwriting. I always knew he was destined to be household name and with these achivements, he's surely on his way.  Take a look below for a list of awards and recognitions Chris has recieved over the years.


Awards and Recognition

2003 - Ivor Novello Award winner for the song, "Anything is Possible" which was performed by "Pop Idol" winner, Will Young and co-written by pop diva, Cathy Dennis. The song was also named the best selling UK single of 2003 and surpassed Elton John's "Candle in the Wind " tribute to Princess Diana.

2003 - The song "Invisible" which was written by Chris  along with Desmond Child and Andreas Carlsson was named most played single on US radio.. The song also gave Chris his first number one single in the USA!


2004 - ASCAP (The American Society of Composers,Authors, and Publishers) award winner 2004 for the song he co wrote with Desmond Child and Andreas Carlsson entitled, "Invisible".

2004 - Chris was named one of GQ Magaizine's most influencial people under 40 for the year 2004.
